Educational Radio Television Greece operates since 1977 under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs. It houses a significant number of high-quality productions aimed at complementing educational resources in the classroom. In this context it aims at providing educators and students the opportunity of using the available video content, re-using it, uploading their own content, sharing and evaluating it.

“Il était une fois... la vie” (English: Once Upon a Time... Life), is a French-Japanese animated television series which tells the story of the human body for children. The series makes use of recurring human characters originally from Once Upon a Time...Man. Every character in the series appeared as a real person (the old intelligent doctor, the dedicated blonde mother, the boy and the girl, their obese friend, and the pair of bullies) and anthropomorphic representations of cells and cellular functions within the human body.

"Il était une fois… l'homme" (English: Once Upon a Time… Man) is a French animated TV series that explains world history in a format designed for children. The action focuses around one group. The same familiar characters appear in all episodes as they deal with the problems of their time.

Dr Efstratios Theodossiou, Associate Professor of History and Philosophy of Astronomy and Physical Science at the University of Athens in association with the Assistant Professor E. Danezis, have been the creators, presenters and scientific supervisors of the scientific television series "The Universe I Loved", which already counts 120 episodes.
The TV series discuss the origins of universe and other subjects relevant to astrophysics in plain Greek language. For those interested in discovering the secrets of our universe this is the place to start their exploration. The television series "The Universe I Loved" was awarded the "Hellenic-American University prize" in the 1st International Science Film Festival, for this television series.
